CRM & Email Marketing Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, data\-driven CRM \& Email Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our Klaviyo account. This is a hands\-on role at the heart of our direct\-to\-consumer operation, sitting across email marketing, automation, data quality, and performance reporting.
You will be responsible for building and optimising our email programme end\-to\-end, from campaign execution and automated flows through to segmentation, deliverability, and revenue tracking. Working closely with both the marketing and commercial teams, you will turn customer data into campaigns that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
*Klaviyo \& Platform Management*
- Own the Klaviyo account day\-to\-day, including lists, segments, flows, forms, and integrations
- Manage the Shopify and Klaviyo integration, ensuring data passes cleanly between platforms
- Maintain consistent data practices and support adoption across the wider team
- Oversee integrations with third\-party marketing and data tools
- Plan, build, and execute email campaigns across promotional, lifecycle, and transactional use cases
- Build and optimise automated flows, including welcome, abandonment, post\-purchase, and win\-back sequences
- Work with the creative team on templates, copy, and CTAs
- Run A/B tests to improve open rates, click rates, and revenue per send
- Monitor and maintain email deliverability and ensure GDPR compliance
- Conduct regular audits to keep contact data accurate, complete, and deduplicated
- Build segments based on purchase behaviour, lifecycle stage, product affinity, and engagement
- Enrich contact records using integrations, AI tools, and manual research where needed
- Maintain reporting accuracy across all data sources
- Optimise sign\-up forms, landing pages, and Shopify conversion paths to grow the subscriber base
- Track and improve conversion rates at each stage of the customer journey
- Collaborate with the commercial team to align campaigns with wider acquisition goals
- Build and maintain dashboards covering Klaviyo and email performance
- Track and report on key metrics including email engagement, revenue, AOV, LTV, and funnel conversion rates
- Surface insights and make recommendations to improve targeting, timing, and campaign effectiveness
- Proven experience managing Klaviyo in a D2C or e\-commerce environment
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify and how it integrates with email marketing platforms
- Confident building email flows and campaigns
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on it
- Solid understanding of email deliverability, list health, and GDPR requirements
- Organised, self\-sufficient, and comfortable working across multiple brands or projects simultaneously
