Our rota includes a variety of shifts:
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 8:00am – 8:00pm
- 5:00pm – 10:00pm
Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you will:
- Provide high\-quality, person\-centred care.
- Support residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Assist with meals, hydration, and mobility.
- Promote residents' independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
- Build positive relationships with residents, relatives, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Work as part of a professional and caring team.
- A caring, compassionate, and positive attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and flexibility to work a varied shift pattern.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
- A genuine passion for supporting older people.
