Location: Ormskirk, Lancashire (1 day a week from home if desired)
Salary: £50,000 per year \+ 90\-day salary review to £55,000 based on agreed KPIs

Over the last 11 years we’ve grown Silver Service Singers from a £3,000 start\-up into a business delivering over 1,000 events every year.
Now we’re entering our next chapter.
We’ve launched Silver Service Singers Australia.
We’re building The Surprise Entertainment Company.
We’re developing a completely new online booking model.
And we’re creating The Surprise Specialist Group.
We need someone ambitious enough to build it with us.
Your Mission
Turn marketing spend into profitable enquiries.
Everything you do should answer one question:
*“Did this create profitable opportunities for the business?”*
You won’t be measured on likes.
Or impressions.
Or vanity metrics.
You’ll be measured on profitable growth.
What You’ll Own
You will have complete responsibility for the Group’s growth engine including:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- SEO
- Website performance
- Landing pages
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- HubSpot Marketing
- Email marketing
- Marketing automation
- Analytics \& reporting
- Agency management
- Marketing budgets
- Silver Service Singers UK
- Silver Service Singers Australia
- Surprise Entertainment Company
- Future Group businesses
Within your first 12 months you will:
- Build predictable enquiry generation.
- Reduce cost per acquisition.
- Improve website conversion rates.
- Increase profitable online bookings.
- Build a marketing system that scales internationally.
- Help create one of the UK’s leading entertainment brands.
You don’t need to come from entertainment.
But you do need to love solving commercial problems.
You’re someone who:
- Thinks commercially before creatively.
- Loves data.
- Makes decisions based on evidence.
- Can manage agencies without relying on them.
- Understands paid advertising.
- Understands customer psychology.
- Wants ownership rather than micromanagement.
- Wants to build something that matters.
You’ll work directly with the Founder \& Group CEO alongside:
- Head of Revenue
- Head of Operations \& Experience
- Country Manager \- Australia
