As the Marketing Strategy team, we drive growth by attracting new users and increasing the reach, visibility, and sales of our experiences and brands. We create data-driven campaigns that connect with the right audiences across channels like Meta, TikTok, Google, TV, and more. From strategy to execution, we’re focused on generating awareness, boosting engagement, and turning interest into action.

The Role:
We are seeking a Head of Marketing Strategy to lead Fever’s global growth engine. This role will own the strategic direction and performance of paid marketing channels and user acquisition initiatives. You’ll manage millions of dollars in annual media investment, lead a large cross-functional marketing organization, and take full ownership of P&L performance.
This position requires a combination of strategic vision, data-driven execution, creative leadership, and business acumen — someone who can operate at both the macro and micro level to scale one of the fastest-growing entertainment platforms in the world.
What You´ll Do
Strategic Leadership
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Define and execute Fever’s global acquisition marketing strategy to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability across all markets.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Own the acquisition P&L, ensuring scalable, sustainable ROI across channels and geographies.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Translate business goals into actionable marketing roadmaps that connect strategy, creative, and analytics.</li>

Performance Marketing & Innovation
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Oversee paid acquisition across channels including Paid Search, Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), Display, Programmatic, Affiliates, and emerging platforms.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Drive data-driven decision-making through advanced measurement, attribution modeling, and automation.</li>

Who You Are

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven success managing nine-figure marketing budgets and delivering measurable business growth.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Deep expertise in paid media strategy and data-driven optimization at scale.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong command of attribution, experimentation design, and performance analytics.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Track record of P&L ownership and driving profitability through efficient investment.</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Inspirational leader capable of managing large teams and fostering a high-impact culture.</li>
