<ul>
<li>Support the full recruitment life cycle, including:
<ul>
<li>Assisting hiring managers in defining role requirements and core competencies</li>
<li>Marketing and sourcing open roles using multiple channels</li>
<li>CV screening and first candidate assessments</li>
<li>Coordinating and facilitating interview processes</li>
<li>Supporting testing, evaluation and feedback</li>
<li>Assisting with rate discussions, offer preparation and onboarding processes</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Work closely with hiring managers to understand current and future recruitment needs.</li>
<li>Develop a solid understanding of the company’s talent pool across departments and accounts.</li>
<li>Actively source candidates using different platforms, networks and databases.</li>
<li>Ensure all candidate information is accurately stored and regularly updated in the ATS and talent databases, maintaining high data quality across markets.</li>
<li>Produce and support reporting on key recruitment KPIs.</li>
<li>Support the recruitment team in defining recruiting strategies and performance standards.</li>
<li>Constantly looks for new recruitment sources – further develops relationships with key universities, raises profile of WPP Production via networking and presentations</li>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor relations, Business Administration or a related field.</li>
<li>Initial experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition or HR</li>
<li>Strong interest in recruitment and people‑focused environments.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.</li>
<li>Good communication skills and a candidate‑focused mindset.</li>
<li>Comfortable working with digital tools, ATS and basic reporting (Excel).</li>
<li>High level of English (international environment).</li>
<li>Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS tools is a plus.</li>
