We're looking for an exceptional commercial leader to join us as Head of Corporate Sales, leading our Corporate Sales function and shaping the future of our corporate customer strategy. This is a high\-profile leadership role responsible for driving performance across our global corporate portfolio, strengthening strategic partnerships and delivering sustainable commercial growth.
In a nutshell

Reporting to the VP Sales, you will lead a team of eight Corporate Sales professionals. You will define and deliver the Corporate Sales strategy, maximise value from our corporate customer base and identify opportunities for growth. Working closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Network Planning, Loyalty, Customer, Finance and Operations teams, you will influence decision making across the business and drive commercial performance through collaboration.
You will also play a key role in shaping how Virgin Atlantic shows up for corporate customers, bringing fresh thinking, challenging established ways of working and helping evolve our corporate proposition.
