Pay: €32,000 to €40,000 per year \+ performance bonus

About the Role: As a FUSE Club Manager, you will take full ownership of the Blanchardstown club, driving revenue, leading a high\-performing team, and delivering a standout member experience. You will report to our Group Manager and work closely with our Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Management:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a business plan to drive revenue and membership growth


• Sales Execution: Manage the lead pipeline, show rates, close rates, and revenue targets at club level


• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, payroll, and cost control to meet profitability targets


• Corporate Partnerships: Identify and secure local partnerships and corporate deals to enhance revenue streams

Leadership and Team Management:

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a team aligned with FUSE's mission and values


• Performance Management: Set clear expectations, conduct regular reviews, and drive accountability across the team


• Culture Building: Foster a collaborative, results\-driven environment where team members thrive and members feel valued

Operations and Member Experience:

• Member Engagement: Ensure all members receive outstanding service and feel part of a supportive community


• Facility Management: Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the club, including equipment standards


• Class Timetables: Curate and oversee a schedule of diverse and engaging classes


• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure the club meets all legal and safety standards


• Compliance: Maintain up to date contracts, PT insurance, and employment documentation

Growth and Development:

• Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the member experience and streamline operations


• Data\-Driven Decisions: Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Leadership: Minimum 2 years in a management role within the fitness, hospitality, or retail sectors


• Sales and Marketing Expertise: A track record of driving sales growth and membership retention


• Strong Business Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, understand P\&L basics, and deliver on revenue targets


• Exceptional Communication Skills: Confident in engaging with members, staff, and external partners


• Passion for Fitness: A genuine enthusiasm for health and wellness with an ability to inspire others


• Proactive Problem\-Solver: Comfortable working autonomously and always seeking ways to improve
