Castleknock Hotel is an award\-winning 4 Star hotel in Castleknock, Dublin 15\. Our Hotel comprises of 190 bedrooms, Tonic Health Club, The Spa, 22 Bar and Restaurant, Earth \& Vine Restaurant, Limetree Bar and extensive Conference \& Banqueting facilities. We are part of the FBD Hotels and Resorts group.
We are currently recruiting for a Spa Receptionist to join our expanding Team. If you have previous experience in a similar role we would love to hear from you. This role requires full flexibility.
What we require from our applicants:
- To take appointments in a professional manner, ensuring salon genius is kept up to date and all relevant information is recorded appropriately.
- To maintain all client consultation cards, ensure accurate details are obtained including medical information and ensure these files are kept confidential.
- Management of the reception desk, ensuring the desk is kept neat and tidy and adequately stocked.
- To upsell retail products and advise clients and guests on skincare.
- The ability to provide outstanding and exceptional customer service
- Brilliant attention to detail and effective communication
- Ability to follow verbal directions in a fast\-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Have a professional image at all times in line with the Hotel standards
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
