Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Guest Experience Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional guest services and organise seasonal memorable events. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing guest satisfaction, managing event logistics, and fostering a welcoming environment that reflects our organisation’s commitment to excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality, with a flair for organisation and excellent communication skills.

We will expect the candidate to manage shifts, work FOH and be willing to be a hands on member of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the guest experience, ensuring all visitors receive outstanding service and personalised attention

  • Develop and implement strategies to upsell services and maximise revenue opportunities

  • Coordinate and manage a variety of events, including private functions, corporate gatherings, and birthday parties.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution from planning through to completion

  • Manage bookings, schedules, and resource allocation efficiently using organisational tools

  • Foster strong relationships with guests, clients, vendors, and partners to promote repeat business and positive reviews

  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver high standards of hospitality and guest care

  • Help with marketing, advertising and maintaining brand consistency across the park

  • Monitor feedback and reviews to continuously improve service quality
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leisure /hospitality management, preferably within leisure, restaurants or hotels

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanour

  • Demonstrated ability in upselling and increasing revenue streams through exceptional guest service techniques

  • Proficient time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment

  • Knowledge of leisure/ hospitality industry standards and best practices

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a high level of professionalism

  • Staff welfare

Pay: £15\.45 per hour
