- Manage multiple projects at once, from brief to delivery, prioritising workload to meet tight and shifting deadlines.
- Plan and track your own projects: timelines, amends, approvals and sign\-off.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product and leadership teams to understand requirements and deliver work that meets business goals.
- Liaise with printers, photographers, agencies and other suppliers: obtaining quotes, briefing, checking proofs and managing delivery.
- Prepare print\-ready artwork with correct specifications, bleed, colour profiles and file formats.
- Proofread and quality\-check all work before release, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Create short\-form video and motion content for social media and campaigns.
- Keep files, templates and asset libraries organised and up to date.
- Stay current with design, social and industry trends and bring new ideas to the team.
