Your Role

As a Performance Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for creating high\-converting static advertising creatives across Meta platforms.

Working alongside our Creative Strategists, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing static Facebook \& Instagram advertising creatives


• Creating carousel advertisements


• Designing landing page graphics


• Producing infographics and supporting campaign assets


• Developing multiple creative variations for testing


• Bringing creative concepts to life from strategic briefs


• Implementing feedback quickly and accurately


• Ensuring every creative meets our quality standards and deadlines

This is a creative execution role focused on producing exceptional advertising creatives that generate measurable results.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with experience designing high\-performing paid social creatives.

Software doesn't matter.

Whether you use Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or another design platform, what matters most is the quality of your work and your ability to create designs that convert.

The ideal candidate demonstrates:
