We specialise in metal Additive Manufacturing, advanced composites, and high‑performance structural design.

The Role

We are looking for a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer to join our small high‑performance engineering team. You will work on the design of advanced bicycle components — frames, forks, handlebars, wheels and structural parts — using 3D CAD and FEA.

Most components are produced in composites or 3D‑printed titanium/aluminium, giving you hands‑on exposure to cutting‑edge manufacturing.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate to develop quickly and contribute to elite‑level engineering projects.

Essential Requirements

  • BEng/MEng in Mechanical, Aerospace, Composites or similar (2:1 or higher)

  • 3D CAD skills (SolidWorks or Rhino)

  • Basic FEA understanding

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability

  • Good communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Desirable
  • Interest in bicycle engineering or high‑performance sport

  • Basic aerodynamics knowledge

  • Exposure to metal or composites Additive Manufacturing

  • Willingness to learn quickly and take ownership of tasks
