Graduate Graphic Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graduate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to develop their skills across a broad range of digital and print design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for visual storytelling. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce engaging content that aligns with brand objectives and enhances our visual identity.

Duties

• Assist in developing branding concepts and visual identities across various platforms


• Design digital assets including web banners, social media graphics, and email templates using Canva/Adobe Creative Suite and Figma


• Contribute to website design projects, utilising WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create user\-friendly interfaces


• Create compelling visual content through photography, video editing, and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and InVision


• Support UI/UX design initiatives by developing wireframes and prototypes in Sketch and Figma


• Produce print materials such as brochures, posters, and presentation decks with Adobe InDesign and CorelDRAW


• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content strategies and visual campaigns


• Manage content within content management systems (CMS) ensuring consistency across platforms


• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for branding and marketing campaigns

Skills

• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Sketch


• Experience with web design tools such as WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and InVision


• Strong understanding of branding principles and digital design best practices


• Ability to produce high\-quality photography and video content; experience with video editing is advantageous


• Familiarity with UI/UX design processes including wireframing and prototyping in Figma or InVision


• Knowledge of marketing strategies and content management systems (CMS)


• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively


• Creative flair combined with organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• A keen eye for detail, colour theory colour harmony, typography, and layout composition

Pay: £25,500\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
