<p>Are you a recent engineering graduate eager to kickstart your career in a global, dynamic and innovative organisation? Look no further! We are on the hunt for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will help to support our global Audio Visual operations and work cross-functionally with our internal teams, and world leading organisations.</p>

<h4><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Design and Develop:</strong> Assist in creating detailed designs and technical drawings using CAD software, and collaborate with senior engineers to develop innovative solutions.</li>
<li><strong>Project Management:</strong> Support project planning and management activities, monitor project timelines, and communicate progress to the team and stakeholders.</li>
<li><strong>Prototyping and Testing:</strong> Help create prototypes and models, conduct tests and simulations, and analyze results to recommend improvements.</li>
<li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Prepare detailed reports and documentation for designs, tests, and projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate:</strong> Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, marketing, and quality assurance, and support senior engineers in client meetings and presentations.</li>
<li><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong> Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies, participate in training programs, and suggest improvements to design processes.</li>

<h4><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> Internship or project experience in design engineering is preferred.</li>
<li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).</li>
<li>Basic understanding of engineering principles and design standards.</li>
<li>Familiarity with prototyping and testing methods.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Soft Skills:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li>
