The Role
This is your chance to launch a career in business and data analysis with a team that invests in early\-career talent. You will turn data into insights that shape real client decisions, learn from experienced consultants, and work on projects with an international perspective from day one. Fresh graduates and Master's students are strongly encouraged to apply. No prior full\-time experience is needed.
What You Will Do
- Collect, clean and analyse business, financial and operational data
- Build dashboards and regular performance reports using Excel, SQL and Power BI or Tableau
- Support financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis for client projects
- Map business processes and identify ways to improve efficiency
- Prepare clear presentations and written summaries of findings for clients and senior colleagues
- Work with consultants and teams from different markets and backgrounds
- Contribute ideas to proposals, research and business development
Essential
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business analytics, data, finance, economics, computing, engineering, management or a related subject
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent written and spoken English
- The ability to explain numbers clearly to non\-technical audiences
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python or R
- Relevant internships, academic projects or dissertation work
- Interest in consulting, finance or business strategy
- A competitive salary of £32,500 – £40,500
