Accountabilities:

  • Manage and scale Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns across multiple international markets with full ownership of revenue performance.

  • Handle high-budget advertising accounts, ensuring strong return on investment and measurable business impact.

  • Build campaign structures from the ground up for new product launches and market expansion initiatives.

  • Continuously optimize evergreen campaigns through hands-on testing, ad creation, bid adjustments, audience refinement, and performance monitoring.

  • Conduct detailed keyword research and product feed analysis to improve campaign efficiency, scalability, and product visibility.

  • Analyze large datasets and performance metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Drive sustainable user acquisition and long-term revenue growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams to align paid acquisition strategies with business goals and profitability targets.

  • Utilize automation and AI-powered tools to improve campaign execution speed, operational efficiency, and scaling capabilities.

Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on ecommerce performance marketing.

  • Proven expertise in Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns, including managing large product catalogs with over 10,000 SKUs.

  • Experience overseeing multi-regional advertising accounts with daily budgets exceeding $20,000.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work confidently with large datasets, attribution models, and performance forecasting.

  • Ability to translate commercial objectives into structured advertising strategies and measurable campaign outcomes.

  • High level of ownership, accountability, and business-oriented thinking.

  • Comfortable working with automation technologies and AI-driven marketing tools.

  • Excellent communication skills and professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
