Ihre Aufgaben
To strengthen our Global IT organization, we are looking for a Global Application Senior Manager who will take ownership of a portfolio of business\-critical applications and ensure their performance, compliance, security, and continuous improvement across our global sites.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Act as Global System Owner for multiple business\-critical applications.
- Define and drive application roadmaps aligned with business and IT strategies.
- Lead application evaluations, upgrades, and global implementation projects.
- Drive process optimization, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure application governance, compliance, security, and regulatory alignment.
- Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to support global business growth.
- Administer and maintain multiple global applications.
- Ensure stable system performance through support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Manage external service providers and outsourced support.
- Coordinate system upgrades, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Deliver user training and support key\-user communities.
- Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, auditors, business users, and local IT teams.
- Ensure qualification, validation, documentation, and audit readiness of assigned systems.
Ihr Profil
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience managing and supporting enterprise laboratory and manufactacturing applications, incl. ELN, Signals ELN, ChemDraw, MODDE, SOLO and Chromeleon within GMP regulated environments.
- Proven experience leading IT projects and cross\-functional project teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Goal\-oriented, proactive, and able to perform in a dynamic international environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CDMO industry.
- Knowledge of qualification, validation, and GxP requirements.
- Experience with IT networks, IT/OT governance, and regulated manufacturing environments.
- Additional language skills in German, French, Italian, or Portuguese.
