Generator engineer

Generator \& Welfare Cabin Engineer D\&S Plant Services Full Time \| Overtime Available \| Company Van Provided D\&S Plant Services are looking for an experienced and motivated Engineer to join our growing team. We specialise in the repair, servicing and refurbishment of generators, welfare cabins and off\-grid power systems across the UK. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a skilled engineer who can work independently, take pride in their work and represent the company professionally on site and with customers. The Role The successful candidate will be involved in: \* Generator servicing, repairs and fault finding \* Welfare cabin repairs and maintenance \* Webasto heater diagnostics and repairs \* Solar system installation and fault finding \* Victron charging system diagnostics and installation \* General electrical and mechanical repairs \* Site and workshop\-based work Requirements \* Proven experience working on generators and welfare units \* Experience with Webasto heating systems \* Knowledge of solar and Victron charging systems \* Full UK driving licence (essential) \* Valid CSCS Card (essential) \* MPBA certification advantageous but not required \* Ability to work independently and as part of a team \* Good fault\-finding and problem\-solving skills What We Offer \* Full\-time permanent position \* 39\-hour working week \* Overtime paid at time and a half \* Company van provided \* Uniform and PPE supplied \* Competitive pay based on experience \* Opportunity to progress within a growing company We are looking for someone reliable, hard\-working and ready to start ASAP.
