Role Overview
The General Operative / Sales Support position is an integral role within the team, delivering front line, best\-in\-class service to Windsor Motor customers.
Key Responsibilities
· Wash, hoover, clean and maintain customer and courtesy vehicles.
· Ensure the highest standards are adhered to.
· Be responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of all cars leaving the Sales Department.
· Ensure any damages to courtesy vehicles are notified to the manager for appropriate actions to be taken.
· Liaise with both Sales and Site Supervisors.
· Assist in maintaining the aftersales and valeting department and ensuring it is clean and tidy throughout.
· Collect and deliver service vehicles from customers and suppliers.
· Collect and deliver vehicles from customers and suppliers.
· Upkeep of the forecourt and vehicle displays, including showroom vehicles and all Point\-of\-Sale material.
· Web pictures and upkeep of the portal.
· Other duties may include some assistance in general site maintenance as advised by the Site Supervisors.
· Keep work areas clean and tidy, organised and safe from hazards in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
Knowledge and Skills
· Hold a full, clean and current driving licence.
· Be trustworthy, reliable and conscientious.
· Have the ability to work under time pressure and meet agreed deadlines and targets.
· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Work well as part of a busy team.
