About the Role

As a General Manager in one of our Delivery Kitchens, you’ll have full accountability for the performance of a fast\-paced, delivery\-focused operation. With no dine\-in service, your focus will be on driving operational excellence, leading your team, and ensuring every order is delivered quickly, accurately, and to the highest standard.

You’ll build, lead, and develop a high\-performing team, creating a culture that thrives on pace, precision, and consistency. From managing costs and driving efficiency, to maintaining food quality and cleanliness, you’ll take ownership of all aspects of the kitchen’s performance.

This is a hands\-on leadership role where you’ll set the tone, drive results, and play a key part in the continued growth of the business.
