Duties

• Oversee merchandising, inventory management, and visual displays to maximize sales potential


• Manage staffing schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations to cultivate a high\-performing team


• Maintain excellent communication with staff, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations


• Handle administrative responsibilities including reporting, budgeting, and compliance adherence


• Ensure adherence to phone etiquette, safety protocols, and organizational policies at all times

Experience

• Proven management experience in retail or related fields with demonstrated success in supervising teams


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide staff toward common goals


• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable


• Experience in sales management, merchandising, and customer service excellence


• Skilled in time management, organizational skills, and administrative tasks to optimize store operations


• Background in supervising staff with a focus on team development and conflict resolution


• Prior experience with retail management systems and familiarity with inventory control practices
