General Manager
The Mayfair Harrogate are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our new establishment.
The General Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of the business , including the culinary and restaurant departments. This is a key leadership role that requires strong management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
\- Supervise and manage all operations including maintenance, food and beverage departments
\- Ensure efficient and effective day\-to\-day operations of the business
\- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
\- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of staff members
\- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
\- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the business
\- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus, ensure food quality, and manage inventory
\- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
\- Implement marketing initiatives to promote the venue and attract new customers
Requirements:
\- Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry
\- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast\-paced environment
\- Proficient in computer systems and software used in management
\- Knowledge of bartending techniques
