We’re looking for an HR Advisor to join our People team as a true generalist, providing trusted, values\-led support and guidance to managers and employees across the charity.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional ready to step up, playing a key role in shaping best practice, developing new HR approaches, and contributing to people\-focused strategies with the support of the HR Manager. You’ll gain valuable experience in a CQC and Ofsted regulated environment, with the opportunity to learn on the job, build your expertise, and make a real impact in a purpose\-driven charity.
You’ll work in an agile way, with a blend of home and office working, alongside opportunities to visit different sites to build relationships and truly understand the teams you support.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, where ideas are encouraged and development is genuinely valued.

Salary: £15\.12 per hour/ £27,518\.40 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Weeks: 52 weeks
Annual leave: 5 weeks plus 10 days bank holidays

Requirements:

Essential requirements for the role are:
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent HR experience)
- Proven experience delivering a full HR advisory service across the employee lifecycle
- Strong employee relations experience, managing cases such as absence, disciplinary and grievance
- Confident using HR data and reporting to support decision\-making and workforce planning
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coach and influence stakeholders
- A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail and sound knowledge of UK employment law
