What we're looking for

– Proven GM or senior management experience in hospitality

– Strong commercial instinct — you understand labour, cost of sales and margin

– A natural leader who develops and inspires people

– Exceptional standards with an eye for the finest details

– Calm, decisive and solutions\-focused under pressure

– Passionate about premium food, desserts and guest experience
