Figo is looking for a strong and experienced General Manager to lead our Brentwood restaurant.
This role requires a confident leader with proven General Manager experience within a busy hospitality environment. We are specifically looking for someone who has previously held a genuine GM position and is comfortable taking full ownership of the operation, team, and guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a General Manager is essential
- Strong leadership presence and authority on the floor
- Ability to manage and lead a large team within a fast\-paced environment
- Flexible availability across 7 days, based on business needs
- Strong operational and people management skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Knowledge of Italian food and restaurant operations is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the daily operation of the restaurant
- Leading, motivating, and developing the team
- Driving service standards and guest satisfaction
- Managing labour, performance, and operational standards
- Supporting recruitment, training, and team development
- Ensuring strong communication between kitchen and floor teams
- Managing opening and closing operations
We are looking for someone hands\-on, proactive, and confident in leading from the front while maintaining high standards across all aspects of the business.
