Duties

• Supervise and coordinate all front\-of\-house and back\-of\-house activities, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.


• Lead and manage a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective team management and leadership.


• Oversee food safety standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations and food production quality.


• Organise staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to optimise operational efficiency.


• Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and bar areas.


• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.


• Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that reflect culinary trends while maintaining quality standards.


• Ensure all staff adhere to hospitality protocols, including food safety procedures and responsible alcohol service.


• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive guest experiences.

• Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.


• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.


• Knowledge of food safety regulations and food production processes.
