Fund billing officer

Your Day\-to\-Day:

• Set up and implement new investment funds within the billing system, ensuring that all configurations are aligned with the applicable fee schedules.


• Ensure the accuracy, consistency and reliability of all information processed and communicated.


• Carry out daily activities with a high level of precision, rigor and attention to detail, in compliance with established procedures.


• Monitor and ensure the timely and accurate execution of all operational events.


• Identify discrepancies, process inefficiencies and potential issues, and contribute to the implementation of appropriate solutions.

Your Profile:

• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of French or any additional language is considered an asset.


• Basic understanding of investment funds, ideally with exposure to Private Capital activities.


• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review processes and handle information accurately.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast\-paced and evolving work environment.


• Strong organizational skills, including effective planning, time management and prioritization.


• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with different internal teams.


• Sound critical thinking and problem\-solving abilities.
