Fullstack Web3 Senior Developer

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend and/or backend components for Web3, blockchain, and eCommerce-related applications.


• Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD processes, deployment workflows, and system reliability.


• Refactor and optimize existing codebases to reduce technical debt and improve scalability, security, and maintainability.


• Write, test, and maintain high-quality code with a focus on performance, compatibility, and long-term stability.


• Contribute to technical documentation, architecture discussions, and development best practices.


• Participate in release management activities and ensure smooth deployment cycles.


• Work within agile project environments and collaborate effectively with geographically distributed international teams.


• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to high engineering standards across projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a frontend, backend, or full stack software developer.


• Strong hands-on experience with modern blockchain and Web3 technologies.


• Solid understanding of software architecture, scalable application development, and secure coding practices.


• Experience with version control systems, release management, and automated testing methodologies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and collaboration with DevOps practices.


• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and agile development methodologies.


• Excellent English communication skills; French is considered a strong advantage and German is a plus.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.


• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multicultural and distributed teams.


• Candidates must be based in Europe or neighboring countries.
