High\-End Concept Store \| Dublin

We are an independent, high\-end concept store based in Dublin, offering a carefully curated edit of international designer fashion, fine jewellery, accessories and artisan lifestyle pieces.

Our portfolio includes brands such as A.P.C., Isabel Marant, Ginette NY, Maison Kitsuné, Christian Wijnants, Aurélie Bidermann, MOTHER Denim, Vanessa Bruno…

We are seeking a full\-time Luxury Sales Associate with proven high\-end retail experience and a strong track record in driving sales.

This role requires someone confident, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and maximise sales through exceptional service and styling expertise

  • Build and maintain long\-term client relationships.

  • Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets

  • Develop deep product knowledge across ready\-to\-wear, jewellery, accessories and giftware

  • Maintain impeccable in\-store presentation and visual standards

  • Support stock management and daily operational tasks

  • Contribute to a refined and welcoming in\-store atmosphere

Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience in high\-end or luxury retail (minimum 2–3 years)

  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Confidence in closing sales and building client loyalty

  • A genuine interest in contemporary designer fashion

  • A polished, professional presentation

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Energy, drive and resilience in a fast\-paced environment

Pay: €14\.50\-€24\.00 per hour

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
  • Retail sales: 3 years (preferred)

  • Fashion retail: 1 year (required)
