Full Time Coffee Shop Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Manager to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, previous barista experience and a creative flair for marketing and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily running of the coffee shop


• The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing coffees and beverages and must have previous barista training and hands\-on experience


• Manage and support staff to ensure excellent customer service


• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety


• Handle ordering, stock control, and supplier management


• Create staff rotas and manage day\-to\-day operations


• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions


• Manage social media platforms including content creation and engagement


• Assist with advertising and promoting the business locally and online


• Help grow the brand and increase customer engagement


• Monitor sales performance and contribute ideas for business growthRequirements


• Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality/Coffee Shop


• Strong communication and leadership skills


• Experience with social media marketing and advertising


• Creative, organised, and self\-motivated


• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment


• Passion for coffee, customer service, and teamwork
