We’re looking for a warm, organised, and professional Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our busy practice in Mullingar. This is a key role where you’ll help create a positive first impression for every patient while keeping the day\-to\-day operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
Patient Experience
- Welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Support check\-ins and ensure patients feel comfortable and informed
- Manage bookings, cancellations, and confirmations
- Keep the daily schedule running efficiently
- Answer calls, handle enquiries, and direct messages appropriately
- Provide clear and helpful information to patients
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with forms, documentation, and general office tasks
- Support patients with billing queries
- Assist with insurance claims and coverage checks
- Keep the reception area clean, organised, and welcoming
- Monitor and restock office supplies and patient materials
- Work closely with clinical staff
- Help ensure a smooth and coordinated patient journey
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (dental/medical experience is a bonus)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Excellent organisation and multitasking ability
- Confident using computer systems
- A calm, professional approach—even in busy situations
- A friendly, empathetic attitude with patients
- Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends
