Front of House Team Member
The Role
Homebar is looking for Front of House Team Members to run the bar day to day \- making smoothies, coffee and matcha, taking orders, and giving every customer the kind of fast, sharp, energising experience that keeps them coming back before or after their workout. You'll be the face of Homebar for most of our customers, so how you make a drink matters just as much as how you make someone feel.
About Homebar
Homebar is a wellness beverage bar and part of L9 Labs, a new fitness and wellness group building a portfolio of category defining concepts across movement, performance and nutrition. Alongside Homebar, the group is behind Enmei, a reformer\-based strength concept, and Homerun, a performance\-led running concept.
Our menu brings together performance smoothies, functional drinks, coffee and matcha alongside a considered range of better for you bakery style goods, from protein bars and baked snacks to grab and go products.
About the Role
You'll run the floor: making drinks to spec, moving the queue quickly, taking and ringing up orders, and keeping the bar clean, stocked and ready for the next rush. You'll work closely with your Store/Site Manager and the rest of the team to hit speed\-of\-service targets without ever making it feel rushed for the customer. Three months in, you'll know the full menu cold, be trusted to run a shift solo, and be someone customers ask for by name.
Location can be either Canary Wharf or Duke St. We will always be clear of the work location.
