What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire the front of house and bar teams during weddings and events


• Ensure the bar is perfectly set up, stocked, and delivering excellent service


• The role includes wedding and event coordinating to help keep every event running smoothly


• Handle guest enquiries and resolve any challenges professionally and promptly


• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and safety throughout the venue


• Help with venue setup and adjustments as needed

• Experienced in hospitality or events leadership, confident managing teams and service delivery


• Proactive, hands\-on, and calm under pressure in fast\-moving environments


• Knowledgeable about bar operations and licensing (or keen to learn)


• Happy to help out with admin where required and be comfortable using computers (training on our software included)


• Happy to reply to emails and queries with couples / event organisers


• A natural problem\-solver with excellent communication skills


• Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and leading by example
