Job Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor

Compensation: £1,200/month Fixed Retainer \+ Uncapped Tiered Commission (High OTE)

About Atelier Hub Atelier Hub () brings people, art, and traditional craft together. Inspired by the global success of immersive craft experiences, we host premium, authentic Mosaic Art Workshops. From corporate team\-building events and wellness days to private celebrations, we provide high\-quality, hands\-on creative experiences across the UK.

We are looking for an energetic, well\-connected, and results\-driven Freelance Sales \& Partnerships Agent to drive corporate bookings, large group sales, and venue partnerships, primarily in the London area.

The Role \& Responsibilities As an independent agent, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while focusing on driving high\-value sales channels:

  • Corporate B2B Sales: Pitch and sell our Mosaic Workshops to corporate clients, HR managers, and event planning agencies as the ultimate "Team Building" or "Corporate Wellness" experience.

  • Field Sales \& Venue Partnerships: Actively scout and visit potential partner venues (hotels, community hubs, cultural centers, creative spaces) to secure locations for our workshops.

  • Group Bookings: Target and close high\-volume group bookings, including tourist groups, large private parties (hen parties, birthdays), and educational/cultural institutions.

  • Pipeline Management: Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and represent Atelier Hub at local networking events.
Requirements \* Proven track record in B2B Sales, Event Sales, Hospitality, or Commercial Partnerships within the UK market.
  • Self\-motivated "hunter" mentality with the ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.

  • Based in the UK (preferably London or commutable distance) with the willingness to conduct face\-to\-face field visits and client pitches.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • A passion for creative arts, culture, and community\-building.
What We Offer \* Fixed Monthly Retainer: £1,200 / month to cover your base activities and expenses.
  • Highly Rewarding, Uncapped Tiered Commission Structure:

  • 10% commission on monthly sales up to £5,000

  • 15% commission on monthly sales between £5,000 \- £10,000

  • 20% commission on monthly sales between £10,000 \- £20,000\+

Pay: From £1,200\.00 per month
