Foreign Exchange Specialist Job Description:\-

To deliver a quality foreign exchange service maximising the turnover for your branch and the company and offering excellent customer service to all Miles Morgan Travel customers. To assist at every opportunity your colleagues in making sure we offer the best possible service.

To follow all company security procedures as outlined in the FX MMT procedures.

Taking enquiries face to face and over the phone concerning foreign currency and Travel customers.

To be able to count efficiently and accurately all money handled – this involves balancing the till daily and paying in/out currency and sterling.

To follow procedures regarding any under or overs within your FX or Petty Cash

To calculate and understand exchange rates – To be able to efficiently complete manual transactions when the systems is not available.

To gain a rapport with all customers and give the correct service to be able to sell foreign currency – this includes identifying the customer by following the guidelines of the AML policy including who they are and their reason for the transaction.

To deal with Travel customers including balance payments, tickets and administration queries. Passing on to another member of the Travel team if needed. Also to have a basic knowledge of our preferred suppliers.

Pay: From £12\.71 per hour
