Building Surveyor (Damp \& Mould)

We are seeking a Building Surveyor to work within our Damp and Mould team to complete surveys, preparation of plans, pre\-build meetings and working with contractors on domestic properties.

Building Surveyor Details:

• Monday \- Friday (37 hours)


• Salary up to £48k \+ bonus

• Preparation of plans and pre\-build meetings


• Complete surveys, predominantly on Damp, Mould and Condensation contracts


• Managing own workload


• Work with contractors and providing technical support to find route causes and solutions to Damp \& Mould.

• Proven experience as a building surveyor covering damp \& mould


• Knowledge of HHSRS risks and relevant legislation and compliance


• Hold a relevant Building Qualification such as: RICS/ HND/ HNC/ BSC

Pay: £45,000\.00\-£50,000\.00 per year
