Food and Beverage Supervisor/Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within our establishment. This is a leadership role that requires excellent hospitality, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

\- Manage and supervise all food and beverage operations, including the kitchen, bar, and dining areas

\- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

\- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

\- Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to provide excellent customer service

\- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, banquets, and special functions

\- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food and beverage industry

\- Knowledge of hotel operations is a plus

\- Proficient in bartending techniques and familiar with a variety of beverages

\- Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment

\- Strong problem\-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly

\- Experience in management, including inventory control and cost management
