We are seeking a highly skilled FM Electrical Engineer and FM Mechanical Engineers to join our team. Duties

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment


• Troubleshoot electrical faults using specialised diagnostic tools and techniques


• Install, repair, and upgrade electrical components in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations


• Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks


• Collaborate with other engineering teams to optimise system performance


• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications accurately


• Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and procedures to minimise downtime


• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies at all times during operations

Experience

• Proven electrical experience within an industrial or facilities management environment


• Hands\-on experience with electrical systems installation, troubleshooting, and repair


• Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools in a professional setting


• Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations governing electrical work


• Previous experience working in a team\-oriented environment is desirable but not essential


• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals effectively
