Fire Alarm Service Engineer (CCTV, Intruder, EML, Door Access)

We are currently looking for a Fire \& Security Engineer to join our growing team working across the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career within the fire and security industry while working alongside experienced engineers.

The Role

You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and fault\-finding of a variety of systems across commercial, industrial, and care sector sites.

Systems You will Work With:

• Fire alarm systems


• Intruder alarms


• CCTV systems


• Door access control


• Nurse call systems

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits


• Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and current regulations (e.g. BS5839\)


• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.


• Complete service reports accurately


• Provide technical support


• Provide a high level of customer service

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)


• ECS or CSCS card (preferred)


• Strong fault\-finding ability


• Proven experience in fire and security systems (essential)


• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and relevant regulations


• Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail


• Strong communication and customer\-facing skills


• Own hand tools and drills

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
