Financial Sales – Business Developer (M&A Advisory) or Corporate Acquisitions Specialist
Job Summary
Chelsea Corporate, a leading London\-based buy\-side Mergers \& Acquisitions firm, are seeking talented and motivated Business Developer interested in working in the M\&A industry.
Working closely with our Head of Corporate Acquisitions you’ll play a pivotal role in the development of the business by onboarding new clients.
As a member of our client onboarding team, you will be discussing the client’s acquisition requirements, negotiating our commercial terms, and drafting engagement letters.

Responsibilities:
Business Development
Engaging with new enquiries, discussing their acquisition requirements, and discussing our commercial terms.
Negotiating our service agreement and terms of business.
Organising, attending, hosting corporate online and in person events to promote the business.
Team Leadership and Development
Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional growth and development.
Foster a collaborative and high\-performance culture within the M\&A team, promoting teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering superior results.
Skill Set Required:
· Proven track record of strong sales performance in a financial domain, recruitment or real estate
· Excellent negotiation and salesmanship skills
· Good written and verbal communication in English
· Computer literacy and experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot/Salesforce
· Understanding of business accounts and financial statements, ability to discuss complex aspects of business performance with clients
Qualifications \& Experience:
· Minimum 2\+ years’ experience in a Financial Sales role or similar
· Understanding of Mergers \& Acquisitions (buy\-side and sell\-side) preferred
· Strong written and spoken English; excellent communication, negotiation, and rapport\-building abilities
· Detail\-oriented, with strong critical thinking and problem\-solving capabilities
· Proven ability to drive client\-focused results and adapt to dynamic environments
· Available to attend our next open day on 28th July 2026 in London
Location: Hybrid London *(Training will be on\-site and 1 day per week thereafter)*
Job Type: Full\-time
Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:30
Salary: £35,000 per annum, OTE £51,000
