Reports to: Head of Business / Practice Owners

Salary (UK Market)

£60,000 – £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Financial Controller to lead and manage the finance function across our multi\-entity business. This role requires a hands\-on individual who can ensure robust financial control, deliver accurate reporting, and support strategic decision\-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts (P\&L, balance sheet, cash flow)


• Oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities


• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes


• Manage cashflow and provide commercial insights


• Maintain financial controls and compliance with UK standards


• Liaise with auditors and external accountants


• Manage and support finance staff, including a Bookkeeper

Skills \& Experience

• ACCA qualified (essential)


• Experience in both practice and industry (essential)


• Strong intercompany accounting experience (essential)


• Experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role


• Strong analytical and communication skills

Pay: £61,000\.00\-£71,000\.00 per year
