WGC Anaesthetic Partnership LLP is a busy and well\-established private anaesthetic practice based in Woking. We work closely with several local private hospitals and consultant specialists, providing high\-quality anaesthetic services across a wide range of surgical specialties.
We are looking for a confident, organised, and personable administrator to join our small and supportive office team. This is a varied role combining office administration, finance support, and co\-ordination responsibilities, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional healthcare environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Liaising professionally with patients, medical secretaries, hospital teams, insurers, and consultant anaesthetists
· Using in\-house software systems to process bookings, generate estimates, and maintain accurate patient records
· Supporting consultants with diary coordination and weekly rota distribution
· Working collaboratively with pre\-assessment teams across multiple hospital sites where required
· Collating and processing billing information to raise accurate and timely invoices
· Reconciling payments received against bank records
· Issuing patient shortfall requests and reimbursement statements where applicable
· Managing aged debt and following up unpaid invoices or outstanding balances with insurers, hospitals, and patients
· Preparing consultant financial statements to support monthly partner payments
· Providing administrative and finance support to the Board, Treasurer, and Partnership Accountant
· Assisting with the smooth day\-to\-day running of the office

Skills and Experience Required
The ideal candidate will have:
· Previous experience in an administrative or office\-based role
· Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
· The ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· The ability to multitask effectively and work calmly under pressure
· A reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to work
· Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
· The ability to work independently whilst also contributing positively within a small team
Previous healthcare administration and/or finance experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Working Hours
· 3 days per week (22\.5 hours total)
· Standard office hours are 8:30am – 4:30pm (including 30\-minute lunch break)
· Some flexibility may be possible by agreement
· Occasional additional cover for annual leave may be requested
· Monday to Friday only — no weekends
