Registered Nurse \- Horsell Lodge, Woking £ 22\.50 per hour

• 70 Bedded Nursing, Dementia and Residential Care Home


• Full time contract; 36 hours per week


• Shifts include alternate weekends

Responsibilities

• Deliver high\-quality nursing care to our residents.


• Develop and implement personalised care plans.


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.


• Provide support and guidance to junior staff.


• Maintain accurate and detailed records of care.

Ideal Candidate

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.


• With a minimum of two years experience in a nursing home


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• A genuine passion for caring for others.
