Finance Manager - Services, Procurement & Pharmacy

To review performance within our Procurement, Services and Pharmacy function, with the ambition of improving EBITDA. You will partner Senior business leaders and ensure they are well\-informed about performance in their respective business areas at a granular level. This role influences and informs strategic decisions by utilizing insight and analysis, applied through business partnering, to translate data into actionable insights for operational leaders. Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnering: Act as a true commercial partner to our business leaders , driving financial performance.
- Building Strong Networks: Collaborate daily with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Own the Numbers: Take charge of store performance insight and analysis. Play a key role in shaping individual store strategies to influence the future of our Estate.
Knowledge* A professional qualification of CIMA, ACA, ACCA.
- Knowledge of financial accounting, purchasing and management systems
- Significant commercial and financial understanding
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work at pace in a dynamic environment.
- Experience of leading a team
