Finance Manager
About the business
Blushes is a salon group of five sites with around 100 stylists and over £4M in annual revenue, built from a single salon and run on established systems. Shair is a small, recently launched extension of the business that applies those systems to support other independent salon owners with their commercial operations. It is at an early stage and currently involves a small number of partner sites.
The finance function is currently run as an overseas operation, and the business is now bringing it in\-house and migrating from Sage to Xero.
This role is responsible for developing the new finance operation: the systems, processes and ways of working, building in efficiency and modernising the function overall.
