Job Overview
We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Wealth Planning Assistant to support our financial advisory team. Duties

  • Organise client files and maintain accurate records of financial plans and correspondence.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client enquiries professionally and promptly.

  • Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow\-up actions to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Contribute to report writing tasks, summarising complex financial data into clear, concise documents.

  • Support the team with administrative duties including data entry, document management, and IT\-related tasks.

  • Maintain organisational standards by managing time efficiently and prioritising tasks effectively.
Experience
  • Previous administrative experience within a financial services environment is desirable but not essential.

  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with IT systems is advantageous.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach when dealing with clients and colleagues.

  • Experience in report writing and financial planning processes is beneficial but not mandatory.

  • Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
