You'll be involved in:
- Providing insightful management reporting and financial analysis
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders across the organisation
- Providing financial modelling and scenario analysis to support decision-making
- Challenging and supporting budget holders to improve financial performance

- Helping strengthen financial understanding across the organisation
You'll ideally be a finalist or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong management accounting and business partnering experience. Experience within the arts, culture, charity or wider not-for-profit sector would be beneficial, but we're also keen to hear from strong commercial finance professionals who are excited by the opportunity to work in the theatre world.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who can build trusted relationships, communicate clearly and isn't afraid to challenge constructively.
This is a role with genuine breadth and visibility, offering the chance to play an important part in the financial and strategic direction of a brilliant theatre organisation.
