They work closely with major trauma centres and medical professionals, stepping in at an early stage to provide joined-up legal and practical support for individuals and families during some of the most difficult periods of their lives.
The role:
This is an opportunity for a Personal Injury Solicitor 1-4PQE to join a highly supportive specialist team handling complex, high-value claimant work.
You will:
- Run your own caseload of serious and complex injury claims
- Support senior lawyers on high-value and more technically complex matters
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and their families throughout their case
- Provide clear, empathetic guidance to vulnerable individuals at every stage
- Contribute to the development of junior team members through informal mentoring
- Strong case management and organisational skills
- A calm, proactive approach with the ability to work at pace
- Excellent communication skills and a genuinely client-focused mindset
- Someone who can balance technical ability with empathy and resilience
- Strong focus on training, development and long-term progression
- Exposure to high-quality, complex claimant work within a specialist environment
