My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Digital Transformation team and lead a portfolio of business-critical change initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished project professional to drive technology and process improvements across the organisation, working with stakeholders at all levels.

The role will focus on delivering projects across HR systems, Finance platforms, Travel-related technology and Customer-focused solutions, ensuring successful outcomes that improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects through the full lifecycle, from scoping and planning through to implementation and benefits realisation.

  • Lead a range of initiatives including software implementations, business systems projects and wider transformation programmes.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, governance documentation and business cases.

  • Manage project budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.

  • Lead end-to-end RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluations and supplier selection activities.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, Sales and Marketing.

  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Provide regular updates on progress, risks, issues and key decisions.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with agreed objectives.

About You
  • 6+ years' experience delivering projects within an IT, business systems or digital transformation environment.

  • Proven track record managing medium to large-scale projects with budgets of £500k - £1m+.

  • Strong experience running end-to-end RFI/RFP processes for complex third-party solutions.

  • Experience delivering projects across HR, Finance, Customer or Operational functions.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile or APM.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Experience managing suppliers and external delivery partners.

  • Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities.

  • Salary of £70,000 - £80,000

Working Pattern

The position is office-based 5 days per week during probation (typically the first 6 months). Following successful completion of probation, the role moves to a 4 days office / 1 day remote hybrid arrangement.
