Finance Assistant
Holiday Inn Nottingham are looking for an enthusiastic Financial Assistant to join our fast paced passionate team.

Working in a small team, the financial assistant will support the finance manager onsite with the day to day account.
What will I do?
· Sales \& Purchase ledger
· Invoicing
· Payroll \& Hr
· Reconciliation
· Respond to and resolve account queries
· Audits
· Administration
· Reporting
· Management accounting
· Adhoc accounts duties as and when required
Is this role for me?
· Previous finance/accounts experience within the hotel industry would be ideal, however, not essential.
· Would consider a graduate who had studied accountancy and seeking their first role.
· Must be proficient with MS office, Excel to an advanced level
· Sage 50 trained
· Strong communication \& organizational skills
· High attention to detail
· Ability to work under pressure and maintain high attention to detail
· A ‘Can do’ Attitude, confident and self\-motivated.
· Flexible to work hours suited for month end \& payroll deadlines etc.
